Mission Statement
Jackson’s West Tennessee Healthcare Sportsplex is dedicated to providing an unparalleled sports experience for players, coaches and supporters of youth baseball, softball and adult softball.
Our vision is to consistently create an exciting, competitive environment while maintaining harmonious attitudes through three initiatives:
- Recognition and respect of different talent levels and ambition
- Quality facilities maintained to maximize the potential of all
- Customer-focused staff empowered to assure exceptional service to players, coaches and supporters

Players, coaches, parents and all visitors are expected to practice good sportsmanship, respect for one another, respect for the facilities and a respect for the game itself.
Privacy Policy
As an extension of a municipality, the City of Jackson, the Sportsplex values its customers and respects their privacy. We are committed to keeping all information about our customers private and confidential. We do not share, trade or sell information with other entities (except as required by law). We do not even share contact information for coaches or teams with other coaches or teams. The Sportsplex does not participate in placing players on specific teams, in an effort to be as fair as possible to all of our participants. This policy may change from time to time, so please check back periodically to review changes.
